My Role: Art Lead/ Creative Manager
As an Art Lead, I participated in all initial idea brainstorming discussion with the core team. We explored different approaches of identity regeneration including AI and 3D. We tried number of existing image generation apps to understand the demand and process.
I was the talent acquisitor and manager of our AI Artists team. I created pipelines and workflows for my team members for smooth completion of the project.
Coordinated with Tech, Strategy/Product, and Marketing Teams throughout for product implementation, experimentation and introduction of new features and creation of high quality collaterals for social media and website marketing.
Experimentation using stable diffusion checkpoints, LoRa models and extensions like control net and Reactor on UI interfaces like Automatic 1111 and Comfy UI, lead us to the introduction of this "AI Filters" feature. User just has to upload/click one selfie image to switch into different aesthetic as shown below.
I, along with my team, researched on the whole process with different testing workflows.
AI Filters:
Our team did Dreambooth training of various faces to understand the settings and how fine tuning is possible to achieve best resemblance. We generated theme based templates using AI for users to pick from. We conducted different tests with countless inferences for determining the best CFG scale, denoising strength and other settings to achieve the best results possible.
All templates present in the app our creatively headed by me based on color schemes, compositions and aesthetic. I lead the discussions with marketing team to categorise trending topics to generate templates for.
